All About Me
I havn´t been travelling around the world, but I have seen more in my own country than many of my friends.
I was born in a little town Söderköping at Göta Kanal. My maiden name was Nyström.
Then I have lived in Norrköping(Östergötland), Torsby (Värmland), Västerås (Västmanland), Gothenburgh (Västergötland), Höganäs (Skåne) and since 1980 in Perstorp (Skåne).
I have worked in Västerås, Gothenburg, Helsingborg and Perstorp(Skåne).
I have studied in Torsby, Västerås, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Lund (Skåne), Kristianstad (Skåne) and Halmstad (Halland).

Camping in Norway
We have been on some short visits in our neighbourcountry Norway by car. We decided the route day by day and hour by hour, so we had to sleep where we could find a Camping. In Norway- as in Sweden- you are allowed to sleep in your tent one night where you want in the nature, but you must not disturb the people who lives in their cottages. But we feel safer in an ordinary Camping among other people- who we don´t know at all...

Trips to Europe
In 1999 we went by car to S:t Malo in Brittany, France, where our daughter would enter the training ship "Astrid Finne" of Öckerö, Sweden.
We slept in hotels some nights and some nights in the car. It was not very much place for our long legs in the little Mazda, but as I said we don´t make up detailed plans for our journeys.
We visited Neatherlands, Belgium, France, Luxemburg, Germany and Denmark on that trip of ten days.
My our abroad visits:
1958 Norway with my class from Västerås. In the fifties we lived near Norway, so we went there to buy cheese and margarin and sugar.
1960 Denmark with my parents and my sister,
1962 Finland with the school choir.
1964 London, GB, three weeks with my sister.
1967 Paris, France, two weeks with my sister.
1968 Finland- Russia- Estland with other architect students from Chalmers, Gothenburg.
1970 Denmark with students from Chalmers, Gothenburgh, and nowadays more often because we live near Denmark.
1971 Russia with other architect students from chalmers, Gothenburg.
1973 Amsterdam, Netherlands, with my boyfriend.
1973 Madeira with my boyfriend. I had won three weeks at the island.
1989 Venendal, Netherlands, swimmingcamp for my daughter.
1991 Bornholm, Denmark, swimmingcamp for my children.
1994 Mariehamn, Åland. Swimmingcamp for my children.
1996 Crete, a week with my sister.
1997, 1998 Norway for some days.
1998 Scotland, a week with my EU-project SEE-NOW.
1999 Berlin, Germany, with my son´s class.
